BrainWaveControl Stabilization
Our patented PID-replacement controller, BrainWave®, easily integrates into your control system via OPC and has an average implementation time of less than two weeks, saving tens and even hundreds of thousands of dollars compared to traditional methods. And, best of all, BrainWave can be deployed and maintained by existing plant personnel.

Control RoomBrainWave outperforms traditional Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) systems because of its two main components: an adaptive model and a predictive controller. The adaptive model builds its own live models during normal plant operations, a powerful feature not offered by traditional Model Predictive Control (MPC) systems.

BrainWave’s predictive controller accurately forecasts process responses and accounts for multiple objectives. It adapts to process conditions such as changes in production rate or operating point, keeping your process on target. BrainWave can also accept measured disturbance inputs like raw material properties and adjust before your process is pushed off target (PID, by comparison, must wait for the error to occur, then react).

Once BrainWave has stabilized a process, ACE can be implemented to manage the operation, ensuring that you are producing the highest quality output at the lowest price. The expert operator in ACE is always at full attention, never distracted, and achieves optimum conditions for your plant.
